This painting depicts the freedom one feels in the ocean - weightless and powerful, yet free. The model is me! The pandemic lock-down was a very creative time for me; I found a local pool, dressed myself up in a flowing white dress and floral crown, jumped in the water and had my husband photograph me. I created a series of paintings from this experience that celebrated one's relationship with the ocean.
